What is included in the starter pack?

What is the charge after  the first three months?

Hypertag’s software license fees depend on the number of tags you have, and the amount of time you are prepared to commit to. They start at £18 per tag per month.

Is a GPRS Network Hypertag available?

Yes, there is an additional charge of £125.00 for the GPRS hardware. This is an external plug and play modem and will work in any location with GSM coverage.

How do I upgrade my Bluegiga Access Server?

• Contact Hypertag using the form below.
• Hypertag will be in touch to confirm your requirements
• Confirmation of model and suitability is confirmed.
• Send payment which will be processed in advance of shipping the unit back to you.
• Ship your Bluegiga Access Server to Hypertag (at your own cost and insurance)
• Incoming goods are checked on arrival and you will receive receipt of suitability for conversion
• Conversion takes place on a 2 week lead time, excluding shipping or customs delays.
• You organise collection of your Network Hypertag, unless you prefer us to organise this. In this case shipping in both directions will be charged at cost + 15%.

What versions of the Bluegiga Access Server can be upgraded?

• Hypertag has tested and supports our solution on the Wrap Access Server 2293.
• We can program other versions of the Access Server, please contact Hypertag using the form below to discuss your requirements.
• Hypertag are investigating providing solutions for the Bluegiga Bluetooth Access Point 3201.

What are the risks?

• Hypertag and Bluegiga are technology partners, Hypertag program Bluegiga Access Servers everyday.
• Any existing Bluegiga Access Server warranty will remain valid for its existing term.
• Hypertag will confirm the suitability of each Access Server any units unsuitable will be cleared for return at the owners cost.

Can I go back to Bluegiga’s standard system?

Yes, you will need to return the unit to Hypertag at your own cost and we will upload Bluegiga’s latest software onto the unit at a cost of £99.

How many Bluegiga Access Servers can I convert to Network Hypertags?
