Digital Survey Dispensers
In partnership with InsightNow, a specialist in the real-time measurement of customer satisfaction, Hypertag has developed a new concept – the Digital Survey Dispenser. By working with Insight we can automatically offer digital surveys to customers in any face to face environment through Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Motorola phones. This represents the vast majority of phones that are seen in real life environments.
Consumers use their phone to interact with a Hypertag, and download a WAP link to a digital survey. They work through the survey completing the questions, and the answers are centrally collated, analysed and reported back to the customer via Insight’s web based interface. This is ideal for any requirement where real time feedback is needed on a physical interaction e.g. a retail store, shopping centre, stadium or airport.
The surveys are quick to download, can be branded in keeping with the customer’s imagery and can be structured in variety of ways to suit the customer. When the survey is being completed, WAP access is required, but this is possible on most phones and is very cheap for the consumer – typically less than 1p of data is transferred.
This application is particularly suited for:
- Assessing the customer’s viewpoint of a new product or service e.g during a sampling exercise
- Assessing the real life customer experience compared with the target experience on the ground
- Assessing the impact of a particular point of sale display versus another
- Attaining customer feedback and consumer insight immediately after the consumer having the experience
