Hypertag focuses on two principle markets.Hypertag’s Proximity and Bluetooth Marketing Solutions enable its clients to deliver content to consumers’ mobile phones based on their proximity to a physical location such as a billboard. Using wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Hypertags send content such as wallpapers, video clips, games, music clips, vouchers or links direct to mobile phones free from network charges.
In the same way that in the UK Hoover has become a genericised trademark for a vacuum cleaner, Hypertag has achieved a similar status for a proximity marketing content server, reflecting Hypertag’s pioneering status in the market.
